VS 2000 automatic screw capper Enclosed automatic screwing machine

The VS 2000 is an automatic screwing machine designed and manufactured by CDA. It allows to orientate and feed automatically the caps on the containers then to screw them. This screwing machine is equipped with a fully enclosed stainless steel frame (Securit glass). Moreover, the VS 2000 screwing machine can be configured with 3 sizes of stainless steel conveyors (82.5, 114 and 190mm chain).

The VS 2000 can handle a variety of caps (Ø20 to 75mm). Depending on the type of cap to be screwed on, this screwing machine will be equipped with the appropriate system. The VS 2000 is suitable for caps with grooves, smooth hinged caps, caps with integrated lid, childproof caps, etc.

This machine is easy to use. A vibrating bowl feeds the corks to a multi-format conveyor belt. This system is equipped with a sensor that detects the presence of caps. A device then feeds the cap to the VS 2000 screwing head. The screwing process and the setting of the tightening torque are driven by a brushless motor.

The VS2000 works autonomously and is controlled by an intuitive touch screen. This screen allows the user to have access to parameter memories (speed and torque of screwing, speed and position of the screwing height, time delays, etc.). Our engineers can also couple the VS 2000 to other machines, such as a CDA filler and/or labeller.

This automatic screwer, due to its versatility, can be adapted to many caps and containers. Its use is therefore adaptable to several sectors of activity such as food processing, cosmetics, chemicals, animal products, natural products, etc.
