CDA’s Ninon By Pass is a linear automatic adhesive labelling machine that combines the labelling quality of three-point technology with a speed of up to 120 products/minute.

No labelling interruption during a reel change thanks to its dual labelling system.

CDA’s Ninon By Pass allows the application of one to three labels on all cylindrical products (beer bottles, cans, jars, tins, etc.) and can be easily integrated into an existing packaging line.

This automatic linear labeler with fast throughput is impressive because of its intuitive functioning, its control via touch screen, its ease of adjustment and the possibility of memorizing 50 product labels.

This linear adhesive labelling machine is suitable for all sectors of activity:

• food industry (juice, sauce, spices, oil, etc.),
• brewery (beer bottles 25 cl, 33 cl, long neck, etc.),
• cosmetics (liquid soap, shower gel, perfume, shampoo, etc.),
• chemistry (detergent, solvent, household products, etc.) paint and varnish (pots, drums, etc.).

The Ninon By Pass can be perfectly linked with CDA automatic filling machines such as the K-Net Auto or the K Line S. This machine can be also installed after a a capping / screwing machine or as part of a complete packaging line.
