Multiformat automatic bottles unscrambler Multi-format feeder for automatic feeding of vials from 10mL to 120mL

Designed by our R&D department to automatically feed CDA monoblocks, this feeding hopper runs with multiple formats.

Suitable for all e-liquid vials of the Chubby Gorilla type, the CDA bowl has a 120-litre capacity hopper allowing the loading of vials to automatically feed your packaging line. All you have to do is pour your bottles, the bottle straightening and feeding operations of your packaging line are automated, ensuring maximum time savings and productivity.

The feeding rate of the containers can reach 50 products per minute. This feeding bowl specially designed for the Chubby range can feed your monobloc with 10mL, 30mL, 60mL, 80mL, 100mL or 120mL vials. A simple tool change will be necessary to switch from one format to another. Other capacities and vial ranges can be accepted subject to testing and validation by our teams.

Combined with an E-Fill, the multi-format feeding bowl allows complete automation of the packaging line. By pouring the containers directly into the hopper, you will no longer have to carry out any manual intervention until your vials are completely packaged (filling, screw capping, labelling).
