E-Fill Packaging monoblock suitable for filling, capping and labelling small bottles such as e liquids

Initially designed for the e-liquid industry, the E-Fill is a filling, labelling, screw-capping machine for products in an ultra-compact size, meets the most stringent expectations in terms of filling and labelling e-liquid bottles for e-cigarettes. Now, it can now be adapted to other sectors of activity such as food processing (flavours, oil, etc.) or cosmetics (cream, liquid soap, etc.) thanks to its innovations: the handling of products from 5mL to 1L with a maximum diameter of 90mm.

Its peristaltic pump system allows a liquid change in less than 2 minutes without cleaning the pump. The E-Fill can also be equipped with a volumetric pump by flow meter or piston depending on the viscosity of the product to be filled.

The complete E-Fill packaging line can apply up to 2 labels and achieve a filling rate of up to 25 products per minute.

Controlled by an intuitive touch screen, it offers the storage of 50 product covers as well as ease of adjustment and use.

This monoblock is ideal for e-liquid vials, soap bottles, essential oil and food bottles but it can also be used for other applications.
