E-Fill SW Automatic filling, capping and labelling monoblock with semi-automatic mode for complementary products

CDA’s E-Fill SW Monoblock has been designed to offer maximum performance and versatility to the fully automatic packaging line from which it is derived.

This SW version allows the filling, capping and labelling of bottles (e-liquid, essential oils, flavours, dyes, reagents…) from 5 to 250ml in several formats.

It has 2 operating modes:

• fully automatic for large series of products with the Pick & Place system for automatic cap positioning and screw capping,
• “switch” mode for the packaging of small and medium series of complementary products with manual cap dispensing on the bottle and automatic screw capping.  The switch mode allows the bottling of other product formats without the need for complicated handling or adjustments. The doors can be opened to allow an operator to manually dispense the caps that a specific automatic capper will cap on the filled bottles.

Its speed can reach up to 3000 bottles/hour, i.e. 50 products/minute (for 10ml) and it can be equipped with up to 2 labelling stations. The E-Fill SW can be equipped with an automatic bowl infeed (for full auto mode) and an independent rotary table (switch mode) for bottle infeed. It can also be equipped with a marking system on the label or on the bottom of the bottles (optional).
