E-Fill SW Dropper Monoblock for automatic filling, screwing and labelling of vials with dropper caps

The monoblock E-Fill SW Dropper is designed to allow great versatility in the packaging of bottles from 5 to 250 ml with various formats.

This model has the particularity of filling, screwing and labelling vials with a pipette cap (such as CBD oils, serums in the cosmetic sector…).

The E-Fill SW Dropper is equipped with an external vibrating bowl to automatically straighten the caps. A vibrating ramp allows the caps to be conveyed inside the machine. For added safety, a clamp has been added to guide the glass dropper into the container to avoid breaking it.

The E-Fill SW Dropper can be used in two different ways :

• a full automatic mode for medium and large series. Its Pick & Place system automatically places and screws the caps. All packaging operations are thus automated.
• a switch mode designed for packaging small series. This mode does not allow for the automatic removal of caps: this operation is then carried out manually. The side doors open so that an operator can manually place the caps on the bottles. The vials will then be capped by an automatic screwer (customised to the specificity of the cap). The switch mode simplifies the settings when changing the format of the product to be packaged; it thus represents a considerable time saving in the packaging of small series (despite the manual operation of removing the cap).

The output of this machine reaches up to 50 products per minute for 10 ml formats (i.e. 3000 bottles per hour).

This packaging monoblock will be suitable for various sectors of activity:

• parapharmacy (solutions, decongestants, etc.),
• cosmetics (serums, face and body oils, etc.)
• natural products (essential oils, etc.).
