L’Annexe Brussels was founded in January 2017, by two friends who shared a passion for brewing. Their debut beer, Saison de Bruxelles, launched in May of the same year, marked the beginning of their journey into the craft beverage industry. As their expertise grew, so did their fascination with fermentation, leading them to explore ancient recipes and experiment with cider and other innovative fermentations. This exploration culminated in the successful introduction of Amarilis, a naturally fermented drink infused with the delicate flavour of elderflowers.
