Container Air Rinsing / Cleaning Machine | WIN-DY Automatic blower for cleaning the inside of bottles

The WIN-DY is an automatic air rinsing machine developed by CDA to ensure effective internal cleaning of containers before filling.

During manufacturing, storage or transport, dust, debris and other fine particles can accumulate inside bottles or jars. These impurities, often invisible to the naked eye, may affect the quality or appearance of the final product.

To prevent this, the Win-DY automatically inverts each container, flips it upside down, and positions it in front of compressed air nozzles. The air blown inside expels any remaining particles, ensuring a perfectly clean container before filling.
It offers a production rate of up to 1,200 containers per hour on 380 g glass jars (Ø77 x H90), delivering both performance and consistency across your packaging lines.

The air jet removes any residual particles inside the container, ensuring it is perfectly clean and ready for filling.

Compact, efficient and easy to operate, the WIN-DY can be installed upstream of any CDA packaging line (filling, capping, labelling) or used as a standalone machine.
