CDA’s automatic e-liquid labellers are designed to meet larger production needs. They can label up to 50 bottles of e-liquid per minute and adapt to all formats of liquids intended for electronic cigarettes, from 5 ml to 1 liter.

Precise filling of e-liquid bottles is essential, especially for semi-automatic processes. CDA has developed the semi-automatic peristaltic pump filling machine K-ONE, which offers one of the best filling accuracy on the market, with a margin of error of +/- 1%. This machine allows fast filling, up to 1500 vials of 10 ml per hour.

CDA’s E-FILL range of monoblocks for the packaging of e-liquid products is a complete solution, capable of carrying out all packaging operations on a single machine: automatic filling, automatic screwdriving and automatic labeling. Depending on the options, this range can automate all stages of packaging, including bottle straightening, capping, screwing, filling and labeling. The rates vary between 25 and 50 products per minute, depending on the model.

CDA also offers complementary solutions to optimize the packaging of e-liquid products, such as automatic bottle straightener, feed/receive table and other equipment.

CDA has responded to the specific constraints of e-liquid by offering solutions using a peristaltic pump, which facilitates the change of liquid to condition several different flavors in less than two minutes, without the need to clean the pump.
