The 2022 Hall of Vape trade fair will be held from 25 to 26 June in Stuttgart, Germany. Many manufacturers of e-liquid, electronic cigarettes and accessories (both German and international) will be present. These two days are the ideal time to talk about innovation and new trends!
CDA, which has been accompanying e-liquid producers since the emergence of the market, will be present with its packaging machines!
Indeed, CDA has developed a whole range of monoblocks but also filling machines, screwing machines and labelling machines that meet the needs of e-liquid packaging. - The K-One is a peristaltic pump which has many advantages for the packaging of e-liquid: high precision on small doses, speed and ease of cleaning (saving time when changing the e-liquid to be dosed).
- The VS100, on the other hand, allows the screwing of caps. The screwing head is made to measure according to the specificity of the caps. This screwing machine is simple to use, but no less robust.
- The Ninette Auto allows accurate labelling of small containers (up to 2 labels per product). This labeller uses the 3-point technique to apply the adhesive labels. This technique allows for accurate labelling.
- E-Fill packaging monobloc: filling, screwing and labelling on one and the same machine (compact size). This monobloc is ideal for packaging e-liquid; it perfectly handles products from 5ml to 250ml. In addition, the E-Fill machine is easy to use, set up (intuitive touch screen) and clean.
