The VSA is an independent capping machine with an intuitive touchscreen. This capper can operate 100% independently but can also be integrated into various CDA machines such as fillers (K-Net Auto, K-Line S) or complete packaging lines.
Several closing modules can be combined on this machine, such as :
Several closing configurations can be achieved on the same VSA by combining up to 2 types of cappers, for example a VS400 with a pusher or a VS400 with a VS500. It all depends on your project and the caps of your products.
Placing the caps on the container before sealing is done manually by the operator.
The VSA have sensors to detect the presence of products and caps, which ensures the safe flow of products and maintains an ideal production rate (up to 1 500 products / hour).
Thanks to its different capping solutions, the module can adapt to all types of caps, whether cylindrical (caps with vertical ridges, pipette caps, pre-threaded screw caps, screw caps and hinged lids) with gun (for spray) or pump.
Due to its versatility, the VSA is ideal for many industries (food, cosmetics, chemicals, e-liquid, cleaning products, etc.).
Products feeding and accumulation solutions are available as an option (eg TRI).

The VSA is suitable for a wide variety of caps. It can be equipped with different capping modules to accommodate most cap types, including ribbed caps, pre-threaded screw caps, pump caps, dropper caps, trigger spray caps, tamper-evident caps, twist-off caps and hinged lids.
CDA’s VSA can be equipped with up to two capping systems. It can incorporate a VS 400, VS 500, VS 600, VS 700 or a pressing system for T-head caps.
Yes. Thanks to its modular design, CDA’s VSA can combine two different capping technologies on the same machine. For example, it is possible to combine a VS 400 with a pressing system, or a VS 400 with a VS 500, to meet each company’s specific packaging requirements.
Yes. The VSA is a standalone automatic capping machine that can operate independently. It can also be integrated into a complete packaging line including a filling machine, labelling machine or other CDA equipment.
The VSA automatic capping machine can reach speeds of up to 25 products per minute. The actual speed varies depending on the type of cap, container and machine configuration.
The caps are manually placed onto the bottles by the operator before they enter the capping system. The VSA then automatically performs the capping operation.
Yes. The VSA is an automatic capping machine equipped with detection sensors that check for the presence of bottles and caps before the capping cycle. These systems help ensure safe machine operation and consistent performance.
Yes. The VSA features an intuitive touchscreen interface that makes it easy to operate the machine and adjust the settings according to the containers and caps being used.
Thanks to its high degree of versatility, the VSA meets the needs of a wide range of industries, including food, cosmetics, chemicals, automotive products and distilleries.
The VSA stands out for its modular design. Unlike a capping machine dedicated to a single type of cap, it can accommodate different capping systems on the same machine. This flexibility makes it easier to adapt to multiple product references and supports changing business requirements.
Yes. The VSA can be integrated into complete CDA packaging lines, including filling machines (such as the K-Net Auto) and automatic labelling solutions (such as the Solo 1500).
