For small-scale production, CDA has developed semi-automatic labellers for the precise application of self-adhesive labels to different types of container, such as jars, bottles, tubes, flasks, cans and so on. These compact, robust machines offer great freedom of use and precise labelling, particularly for bottles of 10 ml or more.

CDA’s automatic labellers for e-liquids are designed to meet larger production requirements. They can label up to 50 bottles of e-liquid per minute and are suitable for all sizes of e-cigarette liquids, from 5 ml to 1 litre.

Accurate filling of e-liquid vials is essential, particularly for semi-automatic processes. CDA has developed the K-ONE semi-automatic peristaltic pump filler, which offers one of the best filling accuracies on the market, with a margin of error of +/- 1%. The machine can fill up to 1,500 10-ml vials per hour.

CDA’s E-FILL range of monoblocks for packaging e-liquid products is a complete solution, capable of performing all packaging operations on a single machine: automatic filling, automatic screwing and automatic labelling. Depending on the options, this range can automate all the packaging stages, including bottle straightening, capping, screwing, filling and labelling. Outputs range from 25 to 50 products per minute, depending on the model.
CDA also offers complementary solutions to optimise the packaging of e-liquid products, such as automatic bottle unscramblers, infeed/receiving tables and other equipment.

CDA has responded to the specific constraints of e-liquid by offering solutions using a peristaltic pump, which makes it easy to change the liquid to package several different flavours in less than two minutes, without the need to clean the pump.
