Lystop 4 Automatic labeler and crimper for wine bottles.

CDA’s Lystop 4 is an automatic labelling machine specially designed for the wine industry. The Lystop 4 enables accurate and professional labelling and crimping.

This machine dispenses up to four labels (labels, back label, collar and medal) on wine bottles while crimping, thanks to its 4 crimpers (or its heat shrink tunnel or its 2 heat shrinkers depending on the options chosen), metal and / or PVC capsules. In addition to its bottle counter, the Lystop 4 is equipped with a spacing system (multiformat selection screw). This system, as well as those for labelling and crimping are adjustable directly from the touch screen. This machine can label and crimp up to 3,000 bottles / hour.

The Lystop 4 impresses with its ease of use and its quick adaptation (without additional tooling) to the different sizes of wine bottles (from 375mL to Magnum). It can be integrated into a fast-paced bottling line or be installed independently.
