Stick Independent adhesive labelling head to be integrated into a packaging line

The CDA Stick is a versatile standalone machine designed for applying adhesive labels to various types of containers, including cartons, boxes, cans, rectangular bottles, buckets, and BIBs, among others.

To ensure easy integration, the labelling head of the Stick can be seamlessly incorporated into an existing conveyor system using an adjustable support. This support can be conveniently adjusted in terms of height and depth using a crank handle. Additionally, the Stick offers the option of being mounted on a height-adjustable stainless steel frame, providing further flexibility. It can be configured with either one or two labelling heads to suit your specific needs.

For added versatility, the Stick can be equipped with a swivel head, enabling top labeling of products. The machine’s control system is user-friendly, featuring a touch screen interface that ensures straightforward operation.

The Stick finds application in various industries, including food processing, brewing, chemicals, cosmetics, as well as wine and spirits. If you require a linear automatic labeller with a higher output of 50 products per minute, CDA also offers the Ninon 1500/2500 range.
