Semi-automatic machine training

The CDS training courses cover all the semi-automatic machines in the CDA range.

They have been designed so that users of CDA machines can master their machine in its entirety in order to optimise the packaging of their products while maximising their lifespan.

CDS training courses are available for all types of semi-automatic machines:

• Filling machines: K-One, K-Net
• Screwing machine: VS100
• Labellers: Ninette 1, Ninette 2, Ninette Flat and Ninette Auto.

Whether you fill liquid or pasty products, or want to label cylindrical or conical containers, CDS training will help you master your machine perfectly!

Indeed, CDS training courses are adapted to the configuration of your machine and to the specificities (shape of the containers, viscosity of the products to be dosed, screw caps, etc.) of your production.

SEMI-AUTOMATIC MACHINE TRAINING PROGRAMME

Common content filling, screwing and labelling

• Explanation of the operation of the machine and its sub-assemblies.
• Explanation of the mechanical settings: position of the cells, height of the sub-assemblies.

Specific elements filling

• Explanation of the mechanical settings: nozzles.
• Explanation of the automatic settings: touch screen, timers, dosing speed, dose setting, dose correction.
• Sensitisation of pump / product circuit.

Particular screwing elements

• Explanation of mechanical adjustments: screwing height, product centring, tacking screw, screwing head.
• Adjustment of torque / speed / acceleration settings.

Specific labelling elements

• Explanation of the mechanical settings: tape passage, plating, registering, machined rollers.
• Explanation of the automation settings: cells, touch screen, timers.

Practical training

• Change of formats, change of tools.
• Identification of wearing parts and periodic maintenance.
