Independent unscrewer – DS 2000

Independent unscrewing machine suitable for all types of caps

The DS 2000 is an independent unscrewing machine with an intuitive touchscreen. This unscrewer can operate 100% autonomously but can also be integrated into various CDA machines such as fillers (K-Net Auto, K-Line S) or complete packaging lines.

Capable of unscrewing the majority of caps, the DS 2000 is suitable for all industries (food, cosmetics, chemicals, e-liquid, cleaning products, etc.). With a production rate of up to 1,500 products / hour, one of its strengths lies in the possibility of adjusting the speed, position, torque, acceleration and deceleration of the motor and the clamp movement. CDA trademark, the DS 2000 adapts to a wide variety of product shapes.

Solutions vials feeding and discharge are available as an option (for example an independent rotative table).
