R1000/R1500 Mix Dispensing and crimping machine for caps and foils, dispenses up to 4 labels per bottle

CDA’s R1000/R1500 Mixed Range allows automatic adhesive labelling of still and sparkling wine bottles (champagne, sparkling wine, etc.) on the same machine.

This automatic linear labeller can apply up to 4 labels (label, back label, medal, neck label) as well as the crimping of aluminium/tin and heat-shrinkable capsules and the crimping of foils.

Extremely versatile, this linear automatic labelling machine is perfectly suited to all types of still wine bottles (Bordeaux, Côte de Bourgogne, Alsace, Côte du Rhône, etc.), all types of Champagne and sparkling wine bottles (Champagne, sparkling, cremant, etc.) and all types of volumes (25 cl, 37.5 cl, 50 cl, 75 cl, magnum, etc.).

The bottle size changeover (from 1/2 to magnum) is done without additional equipment.

This automatic linear labelling machine can easily be integrated into a bottling line.
