At Nectar&Co, you will find a team that carefully handles and processes honey in their workshops. The whole process lasts for about twelve days before bottling the honey. Their goal is to preserve its natural qualities. Ideally, by gently softening and mixing it without heating it too much. They closely monitor and control its crystallization, which determines when it is bottled. They use techniques from experienced beekeepers. They do that to ensure the best quality in the honey they make. Hence, why the final product can vary from firm to liquid depending on how it crystallizes.

CDA has been involved in Nectar&Co’s packaging process using the Essentiel machine. True to its name, the Essentiel machine encompasses all the essential features needed for product labelling. Although typically used in viticulture, it proves to be versatile enough to accommodate shorter formats. And on top of that, while maintaining its usual efficiency.
