The wine sector has specific packaging needs, and CDA France is the partner of choice for meeting these requirements. While the needs of winemakers and distillers are similar in some respects, there are also many particularities to consider when choosing equipment such as labellers or automatic and semi-automatic seaming machines. CDA France has recognised these special features and has dedicated part of its range to the labelling and sealing of still and sparkling wine bottles.
Whatever the size of the bottle, the region of production (Bordeaux, Burgundy, Alsace, Côte du Rhône, Clavelin, Champagne) or the capacity (from 0.75 cl to 1 litre, including magnums, Jeroboams, Rehoborams, Methuselahs, Balhazars, etc.), CDA supports winegrowers in their projects. The wine sector has a long history for the company, with over 4,000 satisfied customers. CDA’s machines are perfectly suited to dressing and crimping bottles of still and sparkling wine.
CDA’s extensive range of machines offers solutions for all packaging requirements. Each CDA labeller and seamer is characterised by precision application and excellent value for money.
CDA’s semi-automatic labellers are designed to apply one or more self-adhesive labels precisely to bottles of wine, but also to other spirits and alcohols such as rum, pastis, armagnac, cognac, gin, vodka, whisky and more. These machines guarantee fast, accurate labelling, with a capacity of up to 1,000 bottles per hour, adapting to all cylindrical formats and capacities, from 50 cl wine bottles to magnums.
CDA automatic labellers offer accurate application of up to 4 labels per bottle, fast production (from 800 to 2,500 bottles per hour, depending on the format and machine), ease of use and maintenance, and excellent value for money. They can be adapted to all shapes of wine and spirits bottles.
In addition to labellers and seaming machines, CDA offers complementary solutions to optimise production packaging. These include adding loading/unloading tables, extending conveyors and packing pallets or cartons.
The history of the vine is deeply rooted in French culture, and wine is an invaluable part of the culinary arts and way of life in France. CDA has kept in mind the importance of this sector, which was at the heart of its creation and establishment in Narbonne, surrounded by numerous wine estates. Today, CDA is proud to support numerous wineries, trading houses and cooperative cellars with simple, effective solutions that are perfectly adapted to the packaging needs of this sector.
Whether you are a small winery, a cooperative cellar or a large trading house, CDA France offers a complete response to the challenges of the wine sector by providing quality packaging equipment that is adapted to the specific needs of each customer.
