Once again, CDA will be present at SIVAL Angers 2018. We will exhibit semi-automatic and automatic labelling machines as well as filling machines:
– Ninette 2 : which is designed by CDA, is a semi-automatic labelling machine that can apply two adhesive labels to all types of cylindrical products. Its production capacity can reach 1000 bottles/hour or 15 products/minute. This very versatile machine labels bottles of varying formats, regardless of what they are made of (glass, PET or PVC) without any hardware change.
– Essential : is an automatic labelling and capsule crimping machine to label your bottles of wine. It can apply up to two adhesive labels (label & back label) and its production capacity can reach 1000 bottles/hour depending on the packaging design. You will appreciate the Essentiel’s product spacing and speed control system and its simplified management via touchscreen.
– R1000 Mixte : is an automatic labelling and capsule crimping machine that can label and crimp capsules on bottles (still and sparkling wines). It can apply up to four adhesive labels (label, back label, medal and neck collar label) and its production capacity can reach 1000 bottles/hour. It is very easy to control with its user-friendly touchscreen. It is suitable for bottles of all sizes and shapes: from the half-bottle (0.375 L) to the magnum (1.5L).
