Conveyors are essential for automatic machines (fillers, cappers, labelers, monoblocks) as well as for complete production lines. Indeed, they are the component that transports containers from the beginning to the end of the packaging process. We design and manufacture all the conveyors for our machines ourselves, allowing us to tailor them to our customers’ needs and constraints.

The conveyor: a key link in the packaging machine

A conveyor moves containers through the different stages of the packaging process: filling, capping, labeling, and so on. It ensures a continuous flow of products without jerks or damage to the container. To guarantee both durability, longevity, and hygiene, we offer a full range of stainless steel conveyors.

Why choose stainless steel?

Stainless steel offers several advantages: it is resistant to corrosion, withstands humid or aggressive environments (chemical products, food products), and facilitates maintenance. This material is highly recommended for industries such as food processing, cosmetics, chemicals, etc.

Stainless steel conveyors tailored to your containers

We have developed three widths of stainless steel conveyors to perfectly handle various container sizes:

  • 82.6 mm: For standard products (such as honey jars, perfume bottles, alcohol bottles, etc.). This width is ideal for containers with a diameter of 30 to 80 mm, ensuring stable support.
  • 114 mm: For intermediate sizes. This conveyor is designed to accommodate containers of various sizes, ranging from 80 to 120 mm in diameter. For example, it can be used for products like shampoo bottles, cream jars, or cans.
  • 190 mm: This width handles containers with a diameter of 120 to 180 mm, such as large containers (e.g., paint buckets, plastic drums, etc.). This format is particularly suited for bulky products requiring robust and secure conveying.
This modularity allows us to meet the constraints of numerous products.

A design tailored to your workshops

Our conveyors are also designed to adapt to the ergonomics and organization of your workshop or laboratory. Depending on your space, traffic, and working method constraints, we offer linear, U-shaped, or L-shaped configurations. This flexibility allows the creation of efficient packaging lines, even in complex environments, while respecting your requirements.

And what about aluminum conveyors?

In addition to our stainless steel range, we also offer aluminum conveyors, which are a more cost-effective and lighter solution. Although aluminum is more susceptible to corrosion (it rusts more easily) and is less durable than stainless steel, it remains a popular choice in industries with less stringent resistance standards, such as for brewers or winemakers. Aluminum conveyors are available in 82.6 mm and 190 mm and are particularly suited for environments where budget constraints are a priority, offering a functional solution for products that are less exposed to corrosive conditions or intensive chemical treatments.

The example with our Ninon Mix automatic labeler

Our Ninon Mix automatic labeler integrates a standard 82.6 mm aluminum conveyor, designed to effectively handle products of various shapes: cylindrical, square, oval, or conical.
Thanks to this conveyor, synchronization between the different labeling stations is managed, ensuring rapid and precise application (even with multiple labels).

It is important to note that the standard conveyor is aluminum, but it is possible to opt for a stainless steel conveyor as an additional feature. This option is available for all models except the E Fill and E Fill SW, which are equipped with a stainless steel conveyor as standard.
Other machines with conveyors can also be optionally equipped with stainless steel conveyors, providing flexibility to meet the needs of each production line.

Available in 114.3 mm and 190.5 mm widths, this conveyor allows the machine to be adapted to the dimensions of the labeled products. For particularly demanding products, an aluminum profile can be used instead of stainless steel, offering an even more customized solution.

This level of flexibility and robustness makes the Ninon Mix an ideal solution for packaging lines requiring versatility and reliability.

A tailored solution for every project

Regardless of your industry or product, we have a conveyor solution designed to ensure smooth flow and controlled processes. Each project benefits from the ability to choose from various chains, available in different materials and finishes.

Depending on specific needs, the chains can be made of orange plastic, gray plastic, or stainless steel, sometimes with mirror finishes. This customization ensures that our conveyors are perfectly suited to the nature of your products while meeting hygiene and safety standards in each industry.
