The CDA monobloc on the way to a new design with an enriched range of applications!
Created in 2013 to meet the growing needs of the e-liquid industry, CDA’s E-Fill monobloc quickly established itself as a bestseller at CDA before invading the market by equipping a large number of e-liquid producers.
This complete packaging line is acclaimed for its versatility and ultra-compact size, which allows it to be effective in the most confined spaces.
Capable of filling, screw capping and labelling, the E-Fill has until now been used to pack bottles from 5 to 250mL, similar to refills for electronic cigarettes.
Aware of the need of many industries for full packaging and the potential of E-Fill, CDA engineers have reviewed the features and capabilities of the E-Fill for a 2018 version with an enhanced range of applications.
E-Fill for e-liquid, but not only…
To keep pace with the changing needs of our customers, E-Fill has been redesigned to adapt to many applications beyond e-liquid.
While the monobloc created for the vape industry will always have its role to play in accurately packaging small vials, it is now also capable of handling many other products from 5mL to 1L with a maximum diameter of 90mm.
To open its performances to other sectors such as food industry, cosmetics, chemicals… the new E-Fill can be equipped with 3 different filling systems depending on the viscosity of the product to be filled: peristaltic, piston or mass pump.
Diversity and effectiveness
The new features of the E-Fill allow it to fill, screw cap and label larger containers than before, and especially to ensure the filling of various viscosities. Syrup bottles, e-liquid bottles, essential oils… the possibilities are numerous.
