Vapexpo Paris 2024 : CDA at the forefront of E-Liquid packaging
The eagerly awaited Vapexpo returns to Paris for its 18th edition ! The must-attend vape event will be held in Paris from the 23rd to the 25th of March. Vapexpo will bring together manufacturers, retailers, distributors and consumers in a space dedicated to innovation and the discovery of the latest trends in the sector. CDA, a major player in the packaging industry, will be there to showcase its machines specially designed for the e-liquid sector.

Since 2015, CDA has been involved in the design, manufacture and marketing of packaging machines dedicated to electronic cigarette liquids. The E-Fill range, the fruit of this expertise, is designed to meet the specific needs of e-liquid manufacturers. The E-Fill and E-Fill SW, two monobloc packaging machines, offer a complete solution, with filling, capping and labelling, all carried out on a single machine. The compact, versatile E-Fill range is already proving popular with e-liquid manufacturers in France and around the world.
Explore the performance of the E-Fill
Discover CDA’s E-Fill in action, an ultra-compact monobloc for dispensing, screwing and labelling e-liquid bottles. The E-Fill fits a range of bottles from 5mL to 1L. Thanks to its peristaltic pump, the product can be changed in less than 2 minutes, offering unrivalled flexibility. With CDA’s E-Fill, you can choose to apply up to 2 labels to a bottle and pack up to 25 products per minute.
This year, we will also be exhibiting the E-Fill SW. This monobloc has a ‘full auto’ mode that automatically feeds the caps onto the bottles. This automation enables higher speeds to be achieved : up to 50 products filled per minute ! The E Fill SW can also be used in ‘semi-auto’ mode (for smaller production runs) : the bottle is then placed by hand, with the pick&place system switched off.
