A Major Addition to the Family!
The DAISY, recently launched by CDA, is an innovative machine designed to make label waste recycling easier. Tailored for industries like food, cosmetics, and many others, it efficiently separates adhesive labels from their backing (glassine). Compact and efficient, DAISY simplifies label waste management, contributing to a more sustainable circular economy!
Significant Improvements to the DISTRICAP
The DISTRICAP has been upgraded! It is now equipped with a hopper and an elevating belt to facilitate cap orientation. The DISTRICAP can now accommodate single-format or multi-format ramps (for cap distribution). Additionally, control systems can now be integrated (e.g., to check for the presence of a foil seal). These new features enhance CDA’s capping range, providing a more flexible and efficient solution for cap distribution and tightening.
A Key Evolution for the Ninon By-Pass!
The Ninon By-Pass has been enhanced with a new, more efficient diversion system for directing containers onto two distinct conveyors. This innovation ensures smoother production flows and optimal handling of various product formats. The machine remains adaptable and flexible, delivering high-performance packaging solutions for industries like food, cosmetics, and more. These upgrades make the Ninon By-Pass even more versatile and efficient, simplifying labelling processes for diverse productions.
A New Innovation at CDA: Integrated Weighing System
At CDA, we’ve also integrated a weighing system into our filling machines to offer a cutting-edge technology. This system ensures precise and reliable filling, ideal for products requiring high accuracy in weight. By combining this feature with our extensive range of filling machines, CDA provides clients with a comprehensive and adaptable solution to meet all packaging needs.
A New Milestone for CDA in Algeria!
CDA has recently opened a showroom in Algeria, giving clients the opportunity to explore a wide range of filling, capping, and labelling machines in person. This showroom allows professionals to test our equipment and see our packaging solutions firsthand. Additionally, a CDA technician is now on-site to handle all technical operations, ensuring high-quality support and optimal responsiveness for our clients.
